Abstract:
The effects of different alkali stress concentrations(0 mmol/L, 30 mmol/L, 60 mmol/L, 90 mmol/L, 120 mmol/L) on related indexes of barley germination were studied in 10 barley varieties. The results showed that all germination parameters and growth parameters decreased significantly with the increase of alkali concentration. The results of entropy weight method, TOPSIS method and cluster analysis showed that the 10 barley varieties were divided into 4 alkali resistant types, among which 2 varieties were alkali resistant(Sichuan MS and Kenpimai 8). The results of regression analysis showed that germination rate, vigor index, root length and root shoot ratio were effective indexes for alkali resistance evaluation.
