基于熵权-TOPSIS模型的大麦萌发期耐碱种质评价

Evaluation of Alkali-tolerant Germplasm in Barley at the Germination Stage Based on Entropy-TOPSIS Model

  • 摘要: 以10个大麦品种为材料,研究了不同浓度(0 mmol/L、30 mmol/L、60 mmol/L、90 mmol/L、120 mmol/L)碱胁迫对大麦萌发相关指标的影响。结果表明,随着碱浓度的增加,所有萌发参数和生长参数均显著降低。熵权法-TOPSIS法-聚类分析结果表明,10个大麦品种分为4个耐碱性类型,其中耐碱性品种2个(四川MS和垦啤麦8号)。回归分析结果表明,发芽速率、活力指数、根长和根冠比等指标是耐碱性评价有效指标。

     

    Abstract: The effects of different alkali stress concentrations(0 mmol/L, 30 mmol/L, 60 mmol/L, 90 mmol/L, 120 mmol/L) on related indexes of barley germination were studied in 10 barley varieties. The results showed that all germination parameters and growth parameters decreased significantly with the increase of alkali concentration. The results of entropy weight method, TOPSIS method and cluster analysis showed that the 10 barley varieties were divided into 4 alkali resistant types, among which 2 varieties were alkali resistant(Sichuan MS and Kenpimai 8). The results of regression analysis showed that germination rate, vigor index, root length and root shoot ratio were effective indexes for alkali resistance evaluation.
