Abstract:
Based on SSR molecular marker technology, 17 pairs of primers were used to study the genetic relationship of 21 resources of Narcissus tazetta. The results showed that a total of 99 polymorphic bands were amplified by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, and the percentage of polymorphic loci was 93.40%. Nei’s genetic diversity average index was 0.266 7 and Shannon information average index was 0.411 7. The results of principal component analysis and UPGMA clustering showed that 21 Narcissus tazetta resources were divided into four clusters. The single and double petalled type germplasms of Chinese Narcissus comprised Cluster I, within which the genetic diversity was low. The Narcissus tazetta Grand Soleil d′Or, Ziva, and Pearl belonged to Cluster Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ, respectively. Similarity coefficients among these three clusters ranged from 0.4 to 0.8, and the genetic distance between each two of them was far. The study proyided a theoretical basis for the future traditional breeding and biotechnology breeding of N. tazetta.
