Abstract:
In order to strengthen the research and utilization of saline-alkali tolerant germplasm resources of sorghum, and accelerate the pace of breeding of new saline-alkali tolerant sorghum varieties. The main agronomic traits including plant height, stem diameter, growth period, leaf angle of inclination of 17 salt-alkali tolerant sorghum strains were analyzed by correlation analysis, principal component analysis and ISSR molecular marker cluster analysis. The results showed that the correlation between plant height and stem diameter, growth period and leaf angle of inclination were significantly correlated. Principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first 5 characteristic roots reached 85.3742% among the 12 characteristic values. When the genetic coefficient was 0.75, 17 different strains of salt-alkali tolerant sorghum could be divided into two groups. Study indicated that AT53, SW72, HH64, S8, WS912 and TT656 showed excellent comprehensive traits.
