不同预处理对喀西茄种子萌发及S-诱抗素对幼苗生长的影响

Effects of Different Pretreatments on Seed Germination and S-attractants on Seedling Growth of Solanum aculeatissimum

  • 摘要: 本试验以成熟的喀西茄果实为材料,探究不同预处理对喀西茄种子萌发及不同浓度S-诱抗素对喀西茄幼苗生长的影响,测定发芽率、发芽指数、POD活性、CAT活性及苗高、茎粗等指标。结果表明,在种子萌发预处理试验中,干湿处理2次(A2)能够显著提高喀西茄种子的萌发力和活力,提高种子萌发过程中各项形态指标及生理指标;经浓度为2.0 mL/L的S-诱抗素(S200)处理后的喀西茄幼苗,在苗高、茎粗、主根长、主根粗、POD活性、CAT活性和根系活力均达到最大值。研究表明,该处理方法可有效促进喀西茄幼苗的生长发育。

     

    Abstract: In this experiment, the mature fruits of Solanum aculeatissimum were used as materials to explored the effects of different pretreatments on seed germination and the effects of different concentrations of S-attractants on S.aculeatissimum seedlings. The germination rate, germination index, POD activity, CAT activity, seedling height, stem diameter and other indicators were measured. The results showed that in the seed germination pretreatment experiment, wet and dry treatment for two times(A2) could significantly improved the seed germination ability and vitality, and improved the morphological and physiological indexes during seed germination. After the treatment with 2.0 ml/L S-inducer(S200), the seedling height, stem diameter, taproot length, taproot diameter, POD activity, CAT activity and root activity of S.aculeatissimum reached the maximum value. Study showed that this treatment method could effectively promoted the growth and development of S.aculeatissimum seedlings.
