Abstract:
In order to make full use of Asparagus cochinchinensis germplasm resources, the genetic diversity of 25 Asparagus cochinchinensis materials from different ecological environments in Guangxi and its surrounding areas was analyzed by fluorescent SSR molecular marker capillary electrophoresis. The results showed that 8 primers with high polymorphism and good repeatability were selected from 24 pairs of primers. A total of 33 polymorphic loci were amplified, with an average of 4.1 polymorphic loci per pair. The polymorphic loci of each primer ranged from 2 to 10, and the percentage of polymorphic loci was 68.75%. The coefficient of genetic similarity between materials ranged from 0.084 to 1.00, and the mean value was 0.44. The results of cluster analysis showed that the 25 Asparagus cochinchinensis materials could be divided into two categories, and the Asparagus cochinchinensis resources from different sources were interspersed and the geographical differentiation was not obvious. Fluorescent SSR molecular marker capillary electrophoresis is suitable for analyzing the genetic diversity of Asparagus cochinchinensis. Asparagus cochinchinensis of Guangxi had a relatively rich genetic diversity, and the genetic difference between wild resource No. 16 from Longlin and other materials was large.
