Abstract:
In this study, 82 potato materials were used as research objects, and electrolyte leakage method was used to measure the electrical conductivity of leaves in vitro, and the half-lethal temperature(LT
50) was obtained by Logistic equation fitting, so as to identify and screen the cold resistance.The results showed that the LT
50 value ranged from-4.8 ℃ to-1.6℃.The 82 materials were divided into three types by cluster analysis, namely, low temperature sensitive type, intermediate type and strong cold resistance type.Seven cold-resistant materials, including Datong20 and Cip43,were screened out, which could provide reference materials for the follow-up study of potato cold resistance.
