干制辣椒产量及色价杂种优势评估

Evaluation on Yield and Color Valence Heterosis of Dried Pepper

  • 摘要: 本试验以52份F1代辣椒作为试验材料,测定其理论总产量、优果产量、果实失水率、色价等主要目标性状,依据试验总平均和方差划分出高产和低产判别区间,并对其进行综合评估,筛选优势杂交组合。结果表明,52份F1在总产量、优果产量、失水率和色价上存在极显著差异。以大于试验总平均值为筛选指标,选出12个优势杂交组合,其中簇×羊类型组合在一级果产量、总产量、失水率和色价方面,筛选出的优势组合率最高;羊×甜和簇×甜的杂交组合也有较高的优势率。

     

    Abstract: In this experiment, 52 pepper F1 hybrids were used as test materials. The main target characters such as total yield, optimal fruit yield, fruit water loss ratio, and color price were determined, the high yield and low yield discrimination regions were divided according to their total mean and variance, and the comprehensive evaluation was carried out to screen out the superiority hybrid combinations. The results showed that there were extremely significant differences in total yield, optimal fruit yield, water loss ratio, and color price among 52 hybrids. 12 superiority combinations were selected using the screening index of greater than the total mean. Among them, the superiority combinations of clusters×sheep horn type were the highest in terms of primary fruit yield, total yield, water loss ratio, and color value; sheep horn×sweet and cluster×sweet combinations also had high superiority ratio.
