Abstract:
To study and establish the quality standard of A. chinensis seedlings, the number of lateral roots, rhizome length, rhizome diameter and seedling length of Atractylodes aureus seedlings from different areas were observed and measured. After collecting and sorting out the experimental data, multivariate statistical analysis methods such as correlation analysis, systematic cluster analysis and K-mean cluster analysis were used for quality classification, and the quality classification standards of A. chinensis seedlings were established. A. chinensis seedlings were divided into three grades: Grade Ⅰ seedlings: number of lateral roots ≥27, rhizome length ≥2.42 cm, rhizome diameter ≥2.11 cm, seedling length ≥24.80 cm, seedling diameter ≥0.47 cm, fresh weight ≥9.08 g; Grade Ⅱ seedling: the number of lateral roots was ≥15-<27, rhizome length was ≥1.92-<2.42 cm, rhizome diameter was ≥1.50-<2.11 cm, seedling length was ≥18.94-<24.80 cm, seedling diameter was ≥0.35-<0.47 cm, fresh weight was ≥4.96-<9.08 g; Grade Ⅱ seedling: the number of lateral roots was ≥9-<15, rhizomes ≥1.12-<1.92 cm in length, rhizomes ≥0.88-<1.50 cm in diameter, seedlings ≥13.52-<18.94 cm in length, seedlings ≥0.18-<0.35 cm in diameter, fresh weight ≥1.73-<4.96 g.
