Abstract:
To improve the reproduction rate and reproduction coefficient of Actinidia arguta seedlings and reduce the cost of seedling production, branches of three different growth years were used as the basic materials, and branches were soaked in five different concentrations of two kinds of rooting agents for 12 hours, combined with three kinds of different substrates and different seasons to make a comparative study of cutting. The results showed that the best results were obtained when the annual branches were immersed in 400mg/L IBA concentration and cut in the substrate of river sand, peat soil and red loam(4∶2∶1) in summer. After 60 days of culture, the root was gradually rooted, and the rooting rate was(88.90±3.81)% and the seedling rate was(90.66±1.15)%, which had many fibrous roots and thick roots with strong growth.
