Abstract:
In order to clarify the diversity and variation characteristics of phenotypic traits of Phalaenopsis germplasm resources and establish a comprehensive evaluation system, afterwards improve the efficiency of Phalaenopsis germplasm resources utilization, 57 Phalaenopsis germplasm resources were used as test materials, and 27 phenotypic traits were analyzed by diversity analysis, correlation analysis, cluster analysis and principal component analysis. The results indicated that the 57 Phalaenopsis resources were abundant in phenotypic trait diversity, with a high degree of variation in flower colour, leaf colour, stalk colour and number of lateral branches of stalks. Q cluster analysis classified the Phalaenopsis germplasm into three groups. The principal component analysis indicated that the cumulative contribution of the first four principal components was 69.353%. Combined with the correlation analysis and R cluster analysis, ten quantitative traits were selected as comprehensive evaluation indexes for evaluating the phenotypes of Phalaenopsis. Among the test Phalaenopsis germplasm resources, P. Sogo Yukidian ’V3’, D. ’Juwuba’ and P. ’Zhaocaimao’ had better overall scores.
