基于主成分分析和聚类分析的草莓品种综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of Strawberry Varieties Based on Principal Component Analysis and Cluster Analysis

  • 摘要: 为了筛选适宜济源栽培的优良草莓品种,丰富当地草莓品种结构和推广新品种,对15个草莓品种的18项农艺性状进行聚类分析和主成分分析。结果表明,聚类分析类间距为5时,15个草莓品种划分为三大类群,以“华艳”为代表的第Ⅰ类群有7个品种,产量偏低,属于低产群,以“宁玉”为代表的第Ⅱ类群有4个品种,产量最高,属高产群,以“久香”为代表的第Ⅲ类群有4个品种,产量介于第Ⅰ、Ⅱ类群之间,属中等高产群;主成分分析前4个因子累积贡献率达84.586%,根据品种的主成分得分和综合评分,共筛选出4个适宜本地区种植的草莓品种,分别为“宁玉”“山东二号”“甘露”“甜查理”;聚类分析和主成分分析综合表明,第Ⅱ类群中的4个草莓品种(宁玉、山东二号、甘露、甜查理)表现最优异,适宜在济源地区推广种植。

     

    Abstract: In order to screen excellent varieties suitable for Jiyuan cultivation, enrich the local strawberry variety structure and promote new varieties. Cluster analysis and principal component analysis were conducted on 18 agronomic traits of 15 strawberry varieties. The results showed that when the cluster analysis interval was 5, 15 strawberry varieties were divided into three groups. The first group represented by ’Huayan’ had 7 varieties with the low yield group belonged to low yield group. The second group represented by ’Ningyu’ had 4 varieties with the highest yield group belonged to high yield group. The third group represented by ’Jiuxiang’ had 4 varieties with and the yield between the first and second groups and belonged to medium high yield group. The cumulative contribution rate of the first four factors in the principal component analysis reached 84.586%. According to the principal component score and comprehensive score of the varieties, a total of four strawberry varieties suitable for cultivation in the region were selected, namely, ’Ningyu’, ’Shandong No.2’, ’Ganlu’, and ’Sweet Charlie’; Cluster analysis and principal component analysis showed that the strawberry varieties(Ningyu, Shandong No. 2, Ganlu, and Sweet Charlie) in the second group performed the best and were suitable for popularization and cultivation in Jiyuan area.
