Abstract: Lactarius deliciosus is an ectomycorrhizal fungus with high nutritional value.Due to its unique growth mode,wild domestication and artificial cultivation were difficult.This article investigated the wild Pleurotus matsutake resources in Guizhou,and provides a good living environment for them through on-site conservation techniques,in order to obtain higher yields and provide new ideas for the protection and rational development and utilization of wild Pleurotus matsutake resources in the next step.
