Abstract:
The FLC gene of plant flowering belongs to MADS-box family, as an inhibitory factor plays a crucial role in the vernalization pathway of flowering plants. In order to explore the function of flowering suppressor gene FLC3, the Raphanus sativus L. YZH(early bolting) and XHT(late bolting) with large differences in bolting flowering were used as research materials. Bioinformatics analysis was performed on Raphanus sativus L. flowering genes and the Raphanus sativus L. flowering gene was cloned subcellular localization and qRT-PCR analysis of two Raphanus sativus L. cultivars at different periods were performed. The results showed that a total of 638 flowering related genes were identified. Subcellular localization showed that the protein encoded by the above gene was located in the nucleus. The expression level of RsFLC3 gene decreased during the bolting and flowering times of radish, but the expression level varied greatly among different varieties in most periods.
