基于SSR标记分析31份甘薯品种(系)的遗传多样性

Genetic Diversity Analysis of 31 Ipomoea batatas L. Varieties (Lines) Based on SSR Markers

  • 摘要: 为了解不同甘薯资源材料之间的亲缘关系,以收集保存的31份甘薯品种(系)为研究对象,采用SSR标记分析不同材料之间的遗传多样性。结果表明,基于筛选获得的多态性较好的21对SSR标记,共检测到405个多态性等位位点,平均每对引物等位位点数为19.3个。31份甘薯材料遗传相似性系数在0.282 9~0.975 8之间,平均值为0.430 419,说明遗传多样性丰富。聚类分析表明,在遗传距离为0.638时,可将31份甘薯品种(系)分为四个类群。

     

    Abstract: In order to understand the relationship between different Ipomoea batatas L. materials, 31 Ipomoea batatas L. varieties(lines) were collected as research objects, and SSR markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of different materials in the study. The results showed that a total of 405 polymorphic alleles were detected based on 21 pairs of SSR polymorphism markers, and the average number of alleles per primer pair was 19.3. The genetic similarity coefficient of 31 Ipomoea batatas L. materials ranged from 0.282 9 to 0.975 8, with an average value of 0.430 419, indicating rich genetic diversity. The clustering analysis showed that 31 Ipomoea batatas L. varieties(lines) could be divided into four groups when the genetic distance was 0.638.
