多叶棘豆种子休眠原因及破除休眠方法的研究

Study on the Causes of Dormancy and the Method of Breaking Dormancy in the Seeds of Oxytropis myriophylla

  • 摘要: 本研究以多叶棘豆种子为材料,通过观察种子形态特征,研究种子生活力、种子吸水率、种子破除硬实、种子萌发等指标,分析多叶棘豆种子休眠的原因。用不同的方式处理种子,探索种子休眠的解除方法。结果表明,多叶棘豆种子生活力达77.80%,但不处理种皮的完整种子发芽率极低。用砂纸打磨能破除种子硬实,硬实率降低至7%,发芽率为86%。砂纸破除种子硬实后,50 mg/L IBA对种子发芽的促进作用表现最为明显,发芽率高达97%,平均发芽天数短于对照。综合比较,先用砂纸打磨种皮,再用50 mg/L的IBA溶液处理后多叶棘豆种子的发芽效果最好。

     

    Abstract: In this study, the seeds of Oxytropis myriophylla were used as the material, and the reasons for the dormancy of seeds of Oxytropis myriophylla were analyzed by observing the morphological characteristics of seeds, the seed vitality, seed water absorption, seed breaking hardness and seed germination were studied. Seeds were treated differently and the ways to lift seed hibernation were explored. The viability of the seeds used in the experiment reached 77.80%, but the germination rate of intact seeds without treating the seed coat was extremely low. Treatment with sandpaper could break the hardness of seeds, and the hardness rate reduced to 7%; The germination rate was 86%. After the sandpaper broke the hardness of the seeds, the promotion effect on seed germination was most obvious when the IBA concentration was 50 mg/L, the germination rate was as high as 97%, and the average germination days were shorter than those of the control. Comprehensive comparison, the germination effect of Oxytropis myriophylla seeds was best after the seed coat was treated with sandpaper and then treated with IBA solution of 50 mg/L.
