Abstract:
The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of 50 Vigna unguiculata seedlings were measured after 7 days with ck, NaCl, EBR and EBR+NaCl treatments. The leaf fluorescence characteristics of Vigna unguiculata seedlings under each treatment were studied. Principal component analysis showed that Y(Ⅱ), F
v/F
m and Y(NO) could represent 13 fluorescence parameters of Vigna unguiculata. The results of cluster analysis showed that 50 Vigna unguiculata varieties were grouped into classⅠ, Class Ⅱ and Class Ⅲ. There were 46 varieties in class Ⅰ, 2 varieties in class Ⅱ and 2 varieties in class Ⅲ. Among them, the Y(Ⅱ) and F
v/F
m values of 668 green stripe and WJ-60 were the highest and the Y(NO) values were the lowest, indicating that the photosynthesis efficiency was high and the light damage degree was low, so they were ideal varieties. The Y(Ⅱ) and F
v/F
m values were the lowest and Y(NO) values were the highest, indicating low photosynthetic efficiency and high degree of light damage. At the same time, EBR had an effect on chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of, which was different with different varieties.
