Abstract:
In this study, the best linear unbiased predicted value(BLUP) and genotypic main effect plus genotype-environment interaction effect(GGE) double plot evaluation methods were used to analyze the adaptability of small-grain peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.) varieties to high yield and stable yield, and the differentiation and representativeness of test sites in the niddle-south area of Huang-Huai-Hai region combined experiment, so as to explore the influence of genotype and environment on peanut growth and determine the production stability and adaptability of each variety. Variance analysis and heat map comparison between the BLUP value and the original data showed that there were many differences between the two groups of data, and the BLUP value was more reliable than the original data to explain the yield variation. The combined analysis results of UP-GGE biplot showed that the suitability of high yield and stable yield of Kainong308 ranked first, followed by Fenhua No.8 and Yuanza9102. Taian, Kaifeng and Puyang had strong distinguishing force and representativeness.
