Abstract:
Using 16 batches of Gentiana scabra Bunge seeds as experimental materials, the data of authenticity, clarity, water content, 100-grain weight, viability, germination rate and germination potential of Gentiana scabra Bunge seeds were obtained. Multivariate statistical analysis methods such as principal component analysis, systematic cluster analysis and K-mean cluster analysis were used to classify Gentiana scabra Bunge seeds into three levels, and the quality classification standard of Gentiana scabra Bunge seeds was preliminatively established. The results show that the ClassⅠ: the clarity ≥79.95%, the water content ≥6.40%, the viability ≥87.17%, the 100-grain weight ≥5.00 mg, the germination rate ≥77.50%, the germination potential ≥36.50%; Class Ⅱ: the clarity from 55.62% to 79.95%, the water content from 5.91% to 6.40%, the viability from 86.170% to 87.17%, the 100-grain weight from 4.72 to 5.00 mg, the germination rate from 69.33% to 77.50%, the germinatin potential from 31.75% to 36.50%; Class Ⅲ: the clarity <55.62%, the water content <5.91%, the viability <86.17%, the 100-grain weight <4.72 mg, the germination rate <69.33%, the germination potential <31.75%. This study provided the basis for the formulation of seed quality standard and the reference for the breeding of Gentiana scabra Bunge.
