基于主成分分析和聚类分析的14份马铃薯种质资源的品质评价

Quality Evaluation of 14 Potato Germplasm Resources Based on Principal Component Analysis and Cluster Analysis

  • 摘要: 对14个马铃薯品种的块茎单株产量、淀粉含量、维生素C含量、蛋白质含量、还原糖含量、可溶性糖含量和多酚氧化酶活性进行了分析,并结合主成分分析和系统聚类分析对马铃薯块茎品质进行了综合评价,以期筛选出适宜在榆林地区种植、同时适用于不同加工类型且品质优良的马铃薯品种。结果表明,14个马铃薯品种的品质指标差异较大,单株产量、淀粉含量、维生素C含量、蛋白质含量、还原糖含量、可溶性糖含量和多酚氧化酶活性的变异系数分别为54.45%、14.92%、44.71%、38.98%、82.61%、44.11%和23.01%。陇薯13号的块茎单株产量最高,宁薯16号的淀粉含量最高,榆薯5号的蛋白质含量最高,陇薯6号的可溶性糖含量最高,陇薯14号的维生素C含量、还原糖含量和多酚氧化酶活性最高。相关性分析表明,14个马铃薯品种的各品质指标间存在显著或极显著相关性。将各品质数据标准化进行主成分分析,提取了5个具有代表性的主成分(累积贡献率达到92.831%),通过计算1~5主成分因子得分和品质指标的综合得分,品种希森6号和宁薯16号的综合得分位于前两名。利用主成分因子综合得分对所供试的马铃薯品种进行系统聚类分析,当阈值处于4时,可将14个马铃薯品种分为三大类群,第1类群和第2类群的马铃薯综合品质较优,占供试材料的54.14%(共8种),其中包括3种(陇薯6号、希森6号和吉薯1号)可作为马铃薯淀粉加工和全粉加工的兼用种质,2种(榆薯3号和陇薯14号)可作为菜用和全粉加工的兼用种质,1种(艾克瑞亚)可作为大规模推广种植的菜用种质,1种(榆薯5号)可作为马铃薯油炸食品加工和全粉加工的兼用种质,1种(宁薯16号)可作为淀粉加工和菜用的兼用种质。

     

    Abstract: The tuber yield per plant, starch content, vitamin C content, protein content, reducing sugar content,soluble sugar content and polyphenol oxidase activity of 14 potato varieties were analysed, combined with principal component analysis and cluster analysis, the potato quality was comprehensively evaluated andpotato varieties which were suitable for planting in Yulin area and suitable for different processing purposes and good quality were screened out. The results showed that there were great differences in quality indexes among 14 potato varieties. The coefficient of variation of tuber yield per plant, starch content, vitamin C content, protein content, reducing sugar content, soluble sugar content and polyphenol oxidase activity were 54.45%,14.92%,44.71%,38.98%,82.61%,44.11% and 23.01%, respectively. The tuber yield per plant of variety Longshu 13 was the highest. The starch content of variety Ningshu 16 was the highest. The protein content of variety Yushu 5 was the highest. The soluble sugar content of variety Longshu 6 was the highest. The vitamin C content, reducing sugar content and polyphenol oxidase activity of variety Longshu 14 were the highest. The correlation analysis showed that there were significant or extremely significant correlations among the quality indexes of 14 potato varieties. The quality data were standardized for principal component analysis, and five representative principal components were extracted(the cumulative contribution rate reached 92.831%). By calculating the factor scores of 1-5 principal components and the comprehensive scores of quality indicators, the comprehensive scores of varieties Xisen 6 and Ningshu 16 were in the first and second places, respectively. The cluster analysis was carried out on the tested potato varieties by using the comprehensive score of principal component factors. When the threshold was at 4, 14 potato varieties could be divided into 3 groups. The comprehensive quality of potato in group 1 and group 2 were better, accounting for 54.14% of the tested materials(8 kinds in total),which including three germplasm(Longshu 6, Xisen 6 and Jishu 1)that could be used for both potato starch processing and whole powder processing, two germplasm(Yushu 3 and Longshu 14)that could be used for whole flour processing and fried food processing, one germplasm(Acria) that could be used for vegetable planting on a large scale, one germplasm(Yushu 5) could be used as both potato fried food processing and whole powder processing, and one germplasm(Ningshu 16) could be used as both starch processing and vegetable.
