Abstract:
10 Onobrychis viciaefolia germplasms of different sources were selected as experimental materials for screening the better Onobrychis viciaefolia materials with both better salt tolerance and drought resistance. The different concentrations of NaCl with 0, 50, 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 mmol/L and PEG-6000 with 0%, 5%, 15%, 25%, 35% and 45% were used to simulate the stress conditions for seed germination experiment. Relative germination rate, relative germination potential, relative germination index and relative germination vigor index were measured. The method of fuzzy mathematical affiliation function was used for comprehensive evaluation of the salt tolerance and drought resistance of Onobrychis viciaefolia germplasms in the seed germination stage. The 10 germplasms were sorted according to their salt tolerance and drought resistance from strong to weak were H 06,H 02,H 05,H 07,H 09,H 08,H 10,H 01,H 04,H 03 and H 06,H 05,H 01,H 02,H 10,H 07,H 08,H 09,H 04,H 03, of which the salt tolerance and drought resistance of H 06 were better than other Onobrychis viciaefolia germplasms. The study results could provide inheritance materials for creating new hybrid germplasm in the future.
