野生马铃薯材料生长性状调查及抗旱性评价

Investigation on Growth Traits and Drought Resistance Evaluation of Wild Potato Materials

  • 摘要: 为筛选用于育种亲本的优良材料,以引进的32份野生马铃薯材料为对象,调查其物候期、植株形态特征、块茎性状和产量,采用模糊隶属函数法和灰色关联法对叶绿素、产量、保水力、株高、CAT、POD、MDA和Pro等8个指标与抗旱的相关性,并对32份材料的耐旱性进行综合评价。结果表明,筛选出优异早熟材料LS 6-6和晚熟材料LS 24-6;与耐旱性高度相关的指标为产量,其次是叶绿素和保水力;高抗旱性材料为LS 40-7、LS 42-8和LS 64-4等3份。

     

    Abstract: In order to screen excellent materials for breeding parents, 32 introduced wild potato materials were taken as objects to investigate their phenological stages, plant morphological characteristics, tuber traits and yield. Using fuzzy membership function method and grey relational method, The correlation of drought resistance and 8 indexes such as chlorophyll, yield, water retention capacity, plant height, CAT enzyme, POD enzyme, MDA and Pro were studied, and the drought resistance of 32 materials were comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that excellent early-maturing materials LS 6-6 and late-maturing materials LS 24-6 were screened out; the indicators highly correlated with drought tolerance were yield, followed by chlorophyll and water retention capacity; high drought-resistant materials were LS 40-7, LS 42-8 and LS 64-4.
