Abstract:
The seeds and seedlings circulating in the main producing areas of Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz. were taken as the experimental objects, and the quality of 1 721 strains of fresh-fresh seedlings from 17 batches was graded by correlation analysis, principal component analysis and K-means cluster analysis, using the main indexes of the main root length, thickness, fresh weight of single seedling, bud number, bud length and bud thickness, respectively in order to establish the grading standard of Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz. seedlings. Results showed that the seedlings were divided into three grades: Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ. Among them, the taproot length of GradeⅠ seedlings was >18.1 cm, bud length >3.0 cm, fresh weight >2.7 g; Taproot length of Grade Ⅱ was >13.6-≤18.1 cm, bud length >2.0-≤3.0 cm, fresh weight >1.8-≤2.7 g; Seedling taproot length of Grade Ⅲ was >7.3-≤13.6 cm, bud length >1.2-≤2.0 cm, fresh weight >1.2-≤1.8 g. In this study, the quality grading standard of Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz. seedlings was preliminarily established.
