Abstract:
In order to study the correlation between the main agronomic characters and the yield of Brassica napus L. in Ta’erken area, and to clarify the main influencing factors of the yield of Brassica napus L. in Ta’erken area, the correlation analysis, cluster analysis and path analysis of the main agronomic characters of 25 Brassica napus L. materials in Ta’erken area were used to study the correlation between the yield and the main agronomic characters. The results showed that the agronomic traits of Brassica napus L. germplasm resources in Ta’erken area had large standard deviation and coefficient of variation, which ranged from 6% to 36%. The coefficient of variation of yield per plant was the largest, which was 36%, the coefficient of variation of the number of corner fruits of the whole plant was 24%, and the coefficient of variation of branch height was 23%. Grain number per plant, pod length and percentage of yield and grain had great positive correlation with yield, the correlation coefficient respectively 0.351 8, 0.318 1, 0.309 5, 0.247 2. The results showed that the number of kernels, length of kernels, yield per plant and 1 000-grain weight were important factors affecting yield. The results of cluster analysis showed that the 25 resources were grouped into four groups, and the fourth group had the highest average yield(169.73 kg/667 m~2), which could be used as high-yield varieties. Plant height, yield per plant, pod length, pod grain numbers per spike, the direct effect on crop yield were positively correlated, direct path coefficients were 0.604 3, 0.406 4, 0.232 8, 0.205 2 and 0.177 0. The direct effect of plant height on plot yield was the largest(0.604 3), and the indirect positive effect through plant yield was larger(0.231 7), branch height had a large negative effect on yield(-0.694 4), and the indirect effect of other traits on yield was smaller. The direct diameter coefficient of yield per plant was 0.406 4, and plant height had a significant positive effect(0.344 6). The selection of plant height and yield per plant should be strengthened. Plant height, yield per plant, length of corner fruit, number of corner fruit and 1 000-grain weight of Brassica napus L. in Ta’erken area were important factors affecting yield. Yield per plant had the largest contribution rate to plant height, and plant height had a extremely positive effect. Therefore, in high-yield breeding of Brassica napus L., not only the selection of plant height should be paid attention, but also the selection of yield per plant strengthened.
