Abstract
In this paper, genetic diversity of 40 Prunus pseudocerasus germpalms were analyzed using 12 ISSR primers. The results showed that the total number of loci was 120, and the average number of observed alleles was 1.75. In addition, the average number of effective alleles and the average Nei’s genetic diversity were 1.30 and 0.19 respectively, and the average Shannon information index was 0.30. The genetic diversity of wild P. pseudocerasus germpalms was higher than that of cultivated resources in Bijie region. The clustering results showed that the similarity coefficient ranged from 0.64 to 0.98, and 0.81 was used as the threshold value to distinguish wild resources from cultivated resources. Further, The cultivated species could be divided into three subgroups. Two kinds of wild P. pseudocerasus, Manaohong and Leigongshan, were gathered together which implied both of them possessed wild P. pseudocerasus pedigree. Additionally, the other two varieties, Hongpi and Qingpi from Qianxi region of Guizhu province, were clustered together with the highest genetic similarity, and had a distant relationship with all other varieties.
