Abstract
In order to clarify the adaptability of 5 feed rapes to saline-alkali soil in Xinjiang, the effects of salt(NaCl) stress at different concentrations(0, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 mmol·L-1) on seed germination and growth indexes of 5 feed rapes, including Huayouza 62, Siyou 2, Fuyou 128, Jinyouza 158 and Fuyou 158 were studied. The results showed that different concentrations of salt solution had different inhibitory degrees on seed germination of the five rapes. With the increase of salt solution concentration, the inhibitory effect on seed germination of each rape was significantly enhanced, and the germination potential, germination percentage, germination index and germination index all decreased in different degrees. At the same time, the seeds of all rapes also had a certain salt resistance to salt stress, which showed as follows Huayouza 62>Siyou 2>Fuyou 158>Fuyou 128>Jinyouza 158.
