Comprehensive Evaluation of Agronomic Traits and Yield per Plant of 13 Sesame Accessions in He’nan by Grey Correlation Analysis

  • In order to explore the degree of correlation between yield per plant and related agronomic traits of sesame varieties, grey correlation analysis was used to analyze the agronomic traits of 13 He’nan white sesame varieties, and the reference varieties were introduced to form a grey system for comprehensive evaluation. The results showed that the correlation degree of seven other agronomic traits with yield per plant was as follows from big to small: number of capsules, number of capsules, fruit axis length, plant height, 1 000-seed weight, leg position, yellow tip length. Zhezhi 05 N 05, Zhou 10 J 5 and Luo 06-8 were the top three types of weighted correlation degree of sesame varieties.
