Abstract
In order to select the peanut varieties with high-yield, stability and adaptability, best linear unbiased prediction(BLUP) and genotype main effect plus genotype-by-environment interaction(GGE) biplot were used to evaluate high-yield, stability and adaptability of peanut varieties tested and discrimitiveness and representiveness of test sites according to the data of regional experiment of peanut in northern China. The results showed that there were many differences between the original data and BLUP value of the tested varieties, and the BLUP value was more accurate and more reliable than the original data. The seven test sites had high discrimination and strong representation, for example, Luohe, Qingdao, Jining, Shijiazhuang, Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Weifang and so on. The high-yield, stability and adaptability of P09-2, Kainong172 and Qinghua1 get ahead of the others in test sites. BLUP data and GGE biplot could be used for evaluation of big-fruit type peanut and test sites, of which the study could not only provide reference for the selection and application of high-yield peanut varieties, but also provide methods for the evaluation of genotype-environmental interaction.
