Abstract
SSR markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 43 maize inbred lines, and 20 primers with clear amplification bands and stable polymorphism were screened from 100 pairs of SSR primers. The results showed that a total of 71 alleles were detected in 20 pairs of primers, and the average number of alleles was 3.55 per pair of primers, with a range of 2-5 alleles. The polymorphism information content(PIC) of each marker site ranged from 0.335 to 0.796, and the average polymorphism information content was 0.533. The results showed that 43 inbred lines had relatively rich genetic diversity. The variation of genetic similarity coefficient among 43 inbred lines ranged from 0.441 to 0.938. UPGMA cluster analysis showed that 43 inbred lines were divided into four groups, and the clustering results were basically consistent with the genealogical analysis.
