Abstract:
In order to make full use of environmental facilities, save resources and energy, a new technology of large-diameter foundation pit retaining and retaining energy storage pipe pile is formed by comprehensive consideration of foundation pit retaining system, ground temperature exchange system and rainwater storage system. This technology is to apply large-diameter pipe pile to foundation pit retaining. As a supporting structure, the pipe pile can improve the safety performance of foundation pit. At the same time, the hollow tubular structure can make use of underground shallow ground temperature to heat or cool the upper building space. In addition, its hollow tubular structure can also store rainwater, in line with the sponge city concept. Through the introduction of the construction technology and the comparison of the technologies, it is concluded that the technology can greatly improve the bending resistance of the support body, save the cost, and can use the underground shallow ground temperature energy to heat or cool the building(structure), at the same time in line with the concept of sponge city. Comparing the foundation pit support schemes with pipe piles with a diameter of 2 000 mm and a wall thickness of 200 mm and solid piles with a diameter of 1 200 mm, the bending rigidity(moment of inertia) of pipe piles with a diameter of 2 000 mm and a wall thickness of 200 mm was increased by 3.6 times and the cost was saved by one third. When the foundation pit area is 100 m×100 m, carbon dioxide emission is reduced by 22.7 t. In the comparison of cooling effect, the cooling effect of the energy exchange system with ice is not different from that of the air conditioning system, but the electricity consumption is only 1/6 of that of the air conditioning system. The results can provide technical reference for similar projects in the future.
