纳米TiO2超疏水涂层的制备与性能

Fabrication and Properties of Nano-TiO2 Superhydrophobic Coating

  • 摘要: 为探究一种简单的超疏水涂层制备方法,采用硬脂酸对纳米TiO2进行疏水性修饰,以疏水性纳米TiO2和水性聚氨酯(WPU)为主要原料,无水乙醇为分散剂,通过两步喷涂法制备纳米TiO2超疏水涂层。润湿性测试表明,该涂层接触角为153.5°、滚动角为4.7°。通过红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对涂层进行微观表征,结果显示硬脂酸在纳米TiO2表面引入了低表面能的—CH2和—CH3基团,且涂层表面具有微纳米二元粗糙结构。研究结果:该涂层制备工艺简单,具有良好的自清洁能力和超疏水性能。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore a simple preparation method of superhydrophobic coating, stearic acid was used to hydrophobically modify nano-TiO2, the hydrophobic nano-TiO2 and water-based polyurethane(WPU) were used as the main raw materials, and anhydrous ethanol was used as the dispersant, and nano-TiO2 superhydrophobic coating was prepared by two-step spraying method. The wettability test results showed that the contact angle of the coating was 153.5°, and the rolling angle was 4.7°. The coating was microscopically characterized by an infrared spectrometer(FT-IR) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results showed that stearic acid introduced low surface energy —CH2 and —CH3 groups on the surface of nano-TiO2, and the coating surface had micro-nano binary rough structure. The research results showed that the coating preparation process was simple, had the good self-cleaning ability and superhydrophobic properties.
