施肥对红松无性系生理和激素的影响

Effects of Fertilization on Physiology and Hormones of Pinus Koraiensis Clones

  • 摘要: 以鹤岗无性系坚果园7年生红松(Pinus koraiensis)为材料,于2019年6月到2021年6月中旬进行氮、磷、钾肥施肥试验,测定叶绿素、可溶性糖和内源激素含量,研究施肥对红松无性系生理及内源激素的影响。结果表明,施肥能显著提高红松无性系叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素总含量,氮、磷肥提高最明显,分别高出对照39.55%、14.68%和28.52%;不同无性系叶绿素含量对施肥响应不同,HG18、HG16和HG9号的各种叶绿素含量施加氮、磷肥后显著高于对照。施肥后,ABA(脱落酸)含量显著高于对照,氮肥处理提高了152.2%,GA3(赤霉素3)和IAA(吲哚乙酸)含量显著低于对照;不同无性系的GA3、IAA和ABA含量对施肥的响应不同,HG50、HG40号的GA3和IAA含量施肥后明显提高,HG25、HG24号的ABA(脱落酸)含量显著提高。施肥后,叶绿素含量和GAs(赤霉素总含量)呈负相关趋势,和ABA呈正相关趋势,可溶性糖含量和GA3呈正相关。综上,施肥提高ABA含量并降低GA3和IAA含量,从而对提高植物体内叶绿素含量和减少可溶性糖含量的积累产生影响。

     

    Abstract: Seven-year-old Pinus koraiensis from a Hegang clone nut orchard was used as the experimental material to determine the contents of chlorophyll, soluble sugar and endogenous hormones during the fertilization experiment of N, P and K from June 2019 to mid-June in the 2021, the effects of fertilization on physiology and endogenous hormones of Pinus koraiensis clones were studied. The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll of Pinus koraiensis clones were significantly increased by fertilization, and the contents of N and P fertilizer were the highest, which were 39.55%, 14.68% and 28.52% higher than those of the control, respectively. The response of chlorophyll content of different clones to fertilization was different. The chlorophyll content of HG18, HG16, HG9 was significantly higher than that of control after N, P application. After fertilization, ABA(Abscisic acid) content was significantly higher than that of the control, and N fertilizer treatment increased by 152.2%, while GA3(Gibberellic acid 3) and IAA(Indole aceticacid) contents were significantly lower than that of the control. The response of GA3, IAA and ABA contents of different clones to fertilization was different, the GA3 and IAA contents of HG50 and HG40 were significantly increased after fertilization, while the ABA contents of HG25 and HG24 were significantly increased. After fertilization, chlorophyll content was negatively correlated with GAs(Gibberellic acids content) and positively correlated with ABA, while soluble sugar content was positively correlated with GA3. In conclusion, fertilization increased ABA content and decreased GA3 and IAA content, which had an effect on increasing chlorophyll content and decreasing soluble sugar accumulation in plants.
