电阻法和应力波法在活立木内部腐朽缺陷检测中的对比

Comparison between Electrical Resistance Method and Stress Wave Method in the Detection of Decay Defects in Living Trees

  • 摘要: 为比较电阻法和应力波法的可靠性以及2种方法在木材不同腐朽程度下的检测效果,使用电阻断层成像系统和应力波断层成像系统对10株不同腐朽程度的水曲柳进行检测,得到电阻法测得的树木腐朽程度(Ed)和应力波法测得的树木腐朽程度(Wy),并将利用生长锥取得的木芯进行处理分析得到对照数据——木芯质量损失率(树木真实腐朽程度)(Ms),分别建立Ed与Ms、Wy与Ms之间的一元线性回归方程。结果表明,当活立木腐朽程度Ms<30%时,电阻法检测结果与真实值更接近;当活立木腐朽程度Ms≥30%时,应力波法检测结果与真实值更接近。

     

    Abstract: In order to compare the reliability of resistance method and stress wave method and the detection effect of the two methods under different decay degrees of wood, 10 Fraxinus mandshurica trees with different decay degrees were detected by electrical resistance tomography system and stress wave tomography system. The tree decay degree(Ed) measured by the electrical resistance method and the tree decay degree(Wy) measured by the stress wave method were obtained. The control data-core mass loss rate(true decay degree of trees)(Ms) was obtained by processing and analyzing wood cores obtained by growth cones. The unitary linear regression equations between Ed and Ms, Wy and Ms were established respectively. Results showed that when the decay degree of living trees Ms<30%, the results of resistance method were closer to the real value, and when the decay degree of living trees Ms≥30%, the results of stress wave method were closer to the real value.
