双承载货运索道跑车结构分析与优化

Structure Analysis and Optimization of the Carriage for Freight Ropeway of Double-Skyline

  • 摘要: 为解决双承载跑车拆装时工作量大、脱挂索难的问题,以厦门健康步道工程钢构吊装所用双承载货运索道为例,分析跑车结构功能与原理,根据实际工况对跑车闭式牵引机构结构进行优化,并利用坐管夹快拆螺栓设计一种跑车快速脱挂索装置;同时,根据跑车受力变形情况和SolidWorks有限元分析结果,从跑车部件的尺寸、结构形式和材料分布等方面对跑车进行优化,重点解决跑车整机自重大、结构不合理、材料冗余和寿命短的问题。计算校核与分析结果表明,快速脱挂索装置拆装工作量小,能够较好减少工人脱挂劳动强度;优化方案使得跑车材料、整机质量降低9.32%,同时在保证跑车安全运行的情况下将应力集中由车身转移至肋板,提高了跑车整体寿命,可为同类跑车优化提供思路。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of heavy workload and difficulty in disassembly and assembly of the carriage, taking the double-skyline freight ropeway used for hoisting the steel structure of Xiamen Health Trail Project as an example, the structure and principle of the carriage were analyzed, the structure of the closed traction mechanism of the carriage was optimized according to the actual working conditions, and a kind of fast disassembly device of the carriage was designed by using the quick disassembly bolt of the tube clamp. At the same time, the carriage was optimized in the size, structure type and material distribution according to the force and deformation of the carriage and the results of SolidWorks finite element analysis, which could solve the problems of the overall weight,unreasonable structure, material redundancy and short life of the carriage. The results of calculation and analysis showed that the disassembly and assembly of quick detachable grips device was small, and it can reduce the labor intensity of the workers. The optimization scheme reduced the material and the overall weight of the carriage by 9. 32%. Meanwhile, the stress concentration was transferred from the body to the rib plate under the condition of ensuring the safe operation of the carriage, which improved the overall life of the carriage and provided ideas for the optimization of similar carriage.
