灌木切割试验装置切割振动分析

Cutting Vibration Analysis of Shrub Cutting Experimental Device

  • 摘要: 为解决灌木切割机振动导致切割质量低的问题,通过在锯片刀盘边缘安装质量块的方法,模拟切割装置在外部激励作用下的振动情况,并进行力学计算,证明模拟质量与切割装置振动的关系;通过对切割装置进行有限元模态分析与有无外部激励下对锯片做受迫振动对比分析,探究切割装置振动特性;最后通过虚拟样机试验探究外部激励引起的振动与进给速度对切割力的影响。结果表明,锯片质心振动主要为轴向振动,在7.34 Hz处,激励频率接近刚体动力学固有频率,产生共振,在外部激励作用下振幅为141 mm,无外部激励作用下振幅为56 mm;模拟外部激励下产生振动的质量与切割力的拟合曲线方程,且拟合效果良好。此研究结果表明,外部激励下产生的振动与进给速度对切割力均有影响,且外部激励下的振动影响更加显著。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of low cutting quality caused by vibration of shrub cutting machine, the external excitation of cutting device was simulated by installing mass block on the edge of saw blade cutter, and the relationship between simulated quality and cutting device vibration was proved by mechanical calculation. Through finite element modal analysis of cutting device and forced vibration comparative analysis of saw blade with or without external excitation, the vibration characteristics of cutting device were investigated. Finally, the influence of external excitation and feed speed on cutting force was investigated through virtual prototype experiment. The results showed that the centroid vibration of the saw blade was mainly axial vibration. At 7.34 Hz, the excitation frequency was close to the natural frequency of rigid body dynamics, and the resonance was generated. The amplitudes of the saw blade was 141 mm under the action of external excitation and 56 mm without the action of external excitation. The fitting curve equation of vibration mass and cutting force under simulated external excitation were simulated, and the fitting effect was good. The results showed that the vibration generated under external excitation and the feed speed had influence on the cutting force, and the vibration influence under external excitation was more significant.
