城市网格监督员参与的昆明主城面山林火监测覆盖率分析

Coverage Rate Analysis of Forest Fire Monitoring in Mountain Surrounding Kunming Main City with the Participation of Urban Grid Supervisors

  • 摘要: 为研究城市网格监督员对于提升城市面山林火监测覆盖率的作用,以昆明市主城面山为研究对象,将数字高程模型(DEM)、城市建筑轮廓、森林资源二类调查、铁塔视频监控系统、防火瞭望台和城市网格等数据预处理后,按照城市网格监督员参与前后进行视域分析,得到2种城市面山林火监测覆盖范围和覆盖率。结果表明,1)城市网格监督员参与前昆明主城面山林火理论和实际监测覆盖率分别为93.2%和43.83%;2)城市网格监督员的主城面山林火监测面积为123.92 km2,覆盖率为45.24%;3)城市网格监督员参与后主城面山林火监测覆盖率为63.23%,比现有提升覆盖率20.4%。由此得出城市网格监督员的参与能提升林火监测覆盖率的结论。建议在今后的林火监测工作中应综合考虑视频监控的可视半径和视域覆盖范围以便更加科学配置监测资源,同时借助城市网格监督员开展森林防火联防联控,提高林火监测覆盖率。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the influence of urban grid supervisors in improving the coverage ratio of forest fire monitoring at forest mountain surrounding main city, taking mountain surrounding Kunming main city as the research object, using data such as DEM(Digital Elevation Model), urban building contour, forest management inventory, iron-tower video surveillance system, fire watch towers and urban grid, after a series of processes, taking viewshed analysis by whether urban grid supervisors participate or not, two coverage range and coverage rate of forest fires monitoring in forest mountain surrounding Kunming main city were got. The results indicated: 1)the theoretical and actual monitoring coverage rates of forest fires in forest mountain surrounding Kunming main city before the participation of urban grid supervisors were 93.2% and 43.83%, respectively. 2)The area of forest fire monitoring in forest mountain surrounding Kunming main city of urban grid supervisors was 123.92 km~2, with a coverage rate of 45.24%. 3)After the participation of urban grid supervisors, the coverage rate of forest fire monitoring in forest mountain surrounding Kunming main city was 63.23%, which was 20.4% higher than now. The participation of urban grid supervisors can improve the coverage rate of forest fire monitoring in forest mountain surrounding Kunming main city. It is suggested that in the future forest fire monitoring work, the visual radius and field coverage of video surveillance should be comprehensively considered in order to allocate monitoring resources more scientifically. At the same time, with the participation of Urban Grid Supervisors, joint forest fire prevention and control should be carried out to improve forest fire monitoring coverage.
