基于有限元法的中低水头钢闸门主梁梁高优化研究

Optimization of the Main Beam Height of the Steel Gate Under Middle and Low Water Head Based on the Finite Element Analysis Method

  • 摘要: 针对目前中低水头平面钢闸门主梁截面形式多样、梁高取值不合理的情况,建立了工字型等效组合截面主梁几何特性表达式及其受力模型。经分析,在水压、自重等载荷作用下闸门产生的应力、挠度与主梁梁高的三次方成反比。在此基础上,借助有限元分析方法,通过比较不同工况下闸门的应力、变形的分布及重量变化情况,得出了实例闸门主梁梁高的优化方案。

     

    Abstract: Focusing on the various cross-section forms of the main beam and the unreasonable value of the beam height of the steel gate under middle and low water head, the characteristic expression of the I-shaped equivalent composite section and the stress model of the main beam are established. The result shows that the stress and deflection of the gate under the effect of water pressure, self weight and other loads is inversely proportional to the third power of the height. Therefore, with the help of finite element analysis method, optimization solution of the beam height is proposed through the case in which distributions of stress, deformation and weight changes of the gate under different working conditions are compared.
