Abstract:
Under the background of new engineering, the national strategic development has proposed new demands for engineering professionals, and the traditional teaching mode of road construction and organization management courses has been difficult to meet the needs of industry development. In order to cultivate new engineering professionals, based on the background of new engineering education, and the current situation of traditional curriculum teaching, this paper draws on the CDIO new engineering education model to explore the effective method of curriculum teaching reform. The teaching reform is aimed at traffic engineering students, and the CDIO model is integrated into the teaching process, which can significantly improve students′ classroom participation, exercise students′ practical ability, and cultivate students′ team spirit and professional quality. However, from the analysis of the final written test results, it is found that the teaching reform emphasizes too much practice and ignores theory, which leads to students ignoring the importance of paper grades.
