Safety Evaluation of Radial Gate with Three-Dimensional Finite Element Method

摘要: 针对长期服役且不具备原型检测条件的水工钢闸门的安全评价问题。采用三维有限元法直接建立钢闸门的真实几何模型和有限元模型,对闸门结构进行常用运行工况和瞬间开启工况下的强度和刚度分析,并依据钢闸门设计规范对其安全性进行评价。以新疆乌鲁瓦提水利枢纽冲沙洞弧形钢闸门为例,通过分析得出,两种分析工况下弧形闸门结构的强度和刚度均满足当时和现行钢闸门设计规范的要求;闸门启门力对闸门整体结构的强度和刚度有很大的影响,尤其对闸门顶梁结构和上主横梁结构的强度影响极大,顶梁板结构的强度降低2.61倍,刚度降低18.24%。为钢闸门安全评价提供了切实可行的分析方法,为钢闸门的安全评价提供了借鉴,同时也为完善钢闸门产品设计提供了理论基础。Abstract: Aiming at the safety evaluation of hydraulic steel gate which has been in service for a long time and does not have the conditions for prototype detection. The three-dimensional finite element method was used to directly establish the real geometric model and finite element model of the steel gate, which is then adopted to analyze the strength and stiffness of the gate structure under common operating conditions and instantaneous opening conditions, and evaluate its safety according to the steel gate design specifications. Taking the radial steel gate of Wuluwati water control project in Xinjiang as an example. Through the analysis, it is concluded that the strength and stiffness of the radial gate structure under the two analysis conditions meet the requirements of the steel gate design specifications. The gate lifting force has a great impact on the strength and stiffness of the overall structure of the gate, especially on the strength of the gate top beam structure and the upper main beam structure. The strength of the top beam plate structure is reduced by 2. 61 times and the stiffness is reduced by 18. 24%. The results can provide a practical analysis method for the safety evaluation of steel gate which is also very helpful in terms of providing valuable reference for the safety evaluation of steel gate and a theoretical basis for improving the product design of steel gate.
