跨海大桥RC桥墩防腐蚀研究进展

Research Progress on Corrosion Protection of RC Piers of Sea Crossing Bridges

  • 摘要: 跨海大桥墩柱腐蚀问题日益严重,为提高跨海大桥桥墩的耐久性,在收集大量实桥资料和相关研究的基础上,对跨海大桥桥墩的腐蚀现象、被腐蚀的诱因、常用的防腐蚀措施等进行综述和分析,结果表明:现有的跨海大桥桥墩混凝土的腐蚀现象严重,耐久性需得到进一步提高;桥墩的防腐蚀措施研究已经取得一些进展,但在产业化推广方面,仍需要进一步开展研究;与传统的混凝土防腐蚀措施相比,向混凝土添加防腐剂的措施、在经济性、施工便利性等方面,具有明显的优越性,是今后跨海大桥桥墩防腐蚀研究的重点。对今后开展跨海大桥RC桥墩防腐蚀研究具有参考价值。

     

    Abstract: Corrosion of sea-crossing pier columns is becoming more and more serious all over the world. In order to improve the durability of piers of sea-crossing bridge,a large number of actual bridge data and relevant research was collected to summarize and analyze the corrosion phenomena of pier of sea-crossing bridge,the causes of corrosion and the commonly used corrosion protection measures. The results are as follows. Some existing sea-crossing bridge piers are corroded seriously,therefore the durability of sea-crossing bridges needs to be further improved. Some progress has been made in the research on anti-corrosion measures,but further research is still needed in industrialization promotion. Compared with the traditional concrete anti-corrosion measures,the measures of adding preservatives to concrete have obvious advantages in economy,construction convenience and so on. The internal addition of additives for concrete anti-corrosion is the focus of future anti-corrosion research on piers of sea-crossing bridges. The analysis has reference value to the future research on corrosion protection of sea-crossing RC peers.
