Abstract:
To solve the problem that the optimal hydraulic section is not convenient for construction and the economy is poor, and facilitate the selection of different channel sections in the project. The related research of typical channel section was summarized and analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages and application scope of several channel sections were compared with examples. The conclusions are as follows. Curved channels are generally superior to linear channels in hydraulic performance and frost heave resistance. Case checking results show that, the minimum area of practical economic section of parabolic channel under the same conditions is 12.46 m~2, the maximum design flow velocity among the three is 2.09 m/s, which is very Good in terms of its performance, but the construction is more difficult. Therefore, in practical engineering, it is necessary to select the appropriate section type according to the specific project scale, hydro geological conditions and construction conditions in order to balance the technical investment and economic investment.
