软流塑地层盾构交叠隧道控制措施研究

Control Measures of Shield Tunnel Overlapped in Soft-flow Plastic Formation

  • 摘要: 为研究在软流塑地层进行盾构交叠施工过程中隧道过度沉降以及突然失稳的控制措施。以南京地铁5号线三山街站—朝天宫站区间隧道交叠1号线工程为依托,使用数值模拟的方法,基于软流塑地层盾构施工难点以及盾构交叠施工对地表与既有隧道影响机理,根据控制手段与对象的不同,分别提出三种预加固措施:(1)内张钢圈法+洞内微扰动注浆+二次注浆加固(2)双层管棚+水泥土搅拌桩+袖阀管注浆加固(3)MJS工法加固,对其控制效果进行了对比分析,研究结果表明:三种控制措施的地表最大沉降值分别为5.11 mm、5.63 mm、8.38 mm,既有隧道最大沉降值分别为4.01 mm、6.67 mm、8.39 mm,方案(1)满足交叠工程沉降控制值;最后,结合最优比选方案的盾构交叠施工现场监测数据,进一步研究分析了盾构交叠施工对地表以及既有隧道的实际影响规律,对加固措施的控制效果进行了验证分析,得出了在施工过程中隧道的主要沉降区段和有效的控制措施,为此类研究提供依据,也为工程施工提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to analyze the control measures of tunnel excessive settlement and sudden instability in the process of shield overlapping construction in soft flow plastic stratum. Based on the project of Nanjing Metro Line 5 Sanshanjie Station Chaotiangong Station Section Tunnel Overlay Line 1, we use the numerical simulation method, based on the difficulties of shield construction in soft flow plastic strata and the mechanism of the impact of shield overlapping construction on the surface and existing tunnels, according to the different control means and objects, the results are as follows.(1)Internal tensioning steel ring method+micro disturbance grouting in the tunnel+secondary grouting reinforcement;(2)Double-layer pipe shed+cement soil mixing pile+sleeve valve pipe grouting reinforcement;(3)The control effect of three pre reinforcement measures for MJS construction method reinforcement is compared and analyzed. The research results show that the maximum ground settlement values of the three control measures are 5.11 mm, 5.63 mm and 8.38 mm respectively, and the maximum settlement values of existing tunnels are 4.01 mm, 6.67 mm and 8.39 mm respectively. Scheme(1) could meet the settlement control values of overlapping projects. Finally, combined with the monitoring data of the best alternative shield overlapping construction site, the actual impact of the shield overlapping construction on the ground and the existing tunnel is further studied and analyzed, the control effect of the reinforcement measures is verified and analyzed, and the main settlement sections and effective control measures of the tunnel in the construction process are obtained, which provides a basis for such research and also provides a reference for the project construction.
