Abstract:
To analyze the influence of triple mixing on the bending properties of Engineered Cementitious Composites(ECC), through the four-point bending tests of twenty-one groups, the loading process, failure modes and load-deflection curves of each group were observed, the influence of hybrid fiber content on bending performance were analyzed, and the bending-tensile correspondence of hybrid fiber ECC was obtained by comparing the bending performance test results with the tensile performance test results. Results show that hybrid fiber can effectively improve the bending ultimate strength of ECC, but also lose a certain degree of ductility. The dosage of steel fiber has significant influence on the ductility performance, it is recommended that the dosage of steel fiber should not exceed 0.4%, and the total fiber dosage should not exceed 2.3%. Basalt fiber has a unique role in enhancing and increasing ductility of hybrid fiber ECC. The ultimate tensile strain value calculated by the bending-tensile correspondence agree well with the test result, which can accurately describe the tensile behavior of hybrid fiber ECC. The four-point bending test can replace the uniaxial tensile test to evaluate the mechanical properties of hybrid fiber ECC.
