基于三标度法的水工钢闸门综合安全评价

Three-scale Method Based Comprehensive Safety Assessment of Hydraulic Steel Gates

  • 摘要: 闸门安全评价是水电站科学管理的重要环节,为维护方案提供科学依据。基于《水工钢闸门安全检测技术规程》,对闸门安全性的影响因素进行归类与分层,选取7个一级影响因素和若干个二级影响因素作为评价指标,并按重要性设置不同权重,采用三标度法构造判断矩阵,建立多层次模糊综合评价模型。弧门算例结果表明:应用三标度法对比同层次各因素影响程度并确定权重,简便、高效且实用,综合评价模型的评估结果合理,符合规程要求,可供工程实践参考和借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Comprehensive safety assessment of hydraulic steel gates plays an important role in scientific management of a hydropower station, and could provide scientific evidence for maintenance decision. Based on the current technical codes for safety inspection of hydraulic steel gate, the influencing factors of gate safety were classified and stratified,and 7 first-level influencing factors and several second-level influencing factors was chosen as evaluation indexes.These factors were given different weights according to their importance, the judgment matrix was constructed by using three-scale method, and a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established. The calculation results of a radial gate show that it is simple, efficient and practical to use the three-scale method to compare the influence degree of each pair of factors at the same level and determine the weight. The evaluation results of the comprehensive evaluation model are reasonable and agree with the requirements of the technical codes, which can be used for reference in engineering practice.
