基于“OBE”人才培养模式下《结构抗震设计》课程教学改革

Teaching Reform of Structural Seismic Design Based on “OBE” Training Mode

  • 摘要: 在工程教育专业认证背景下,以“OBE”教育理念为导向的教学改革成为各高校提高工程教育人才质量的新途径。以土木工程专业《结构抗震设计》课程为例,针对教学实践中的新问题,以OBE教育理念为导向,从教学内容、教学模式及教学方法三方面进行教学改革的探讨。进行教学内容模块化设计,利用线上教学平台,探求线上线下多元融合的混合教学模式,建立以实践教学为导向的案例教学素材库,发展“案例教学+项目驱动”多元融合教学方法。通过教学成效及多维度综合成绩评定实现全过程考核。结果表明:线上+线下教学模式、“案例教学+项目驱动”多元教学方法能够增强学生自主学习的内驱力,提高学生的学习成绩,有助于培养学生创新思维能力和解决复杂工程问题的能力。

     

    Abstract: The teaching reform guided by “OBE” education concept has become a new way to improve the quality of engineering education talents in colleges under the background of engineering education accreditation. Taking the structural seismic design course as an example, in view of the new findings in the course teaching practice, Based on the concept of OBE education, this paper discusses the teaching reform from three aspects: teaching content, teaching mode and teaching methods. Combined with the characteristics of the course, the modular design of teaching content is carried out, and the online teaching platform is used. To explore the multi-integration of online and offline mixed teaching mode, a case teaching material library oriented by practice teaching was established, and the “case teaching + project-driven” multiple integrated teaching method was developed. The whole process of assessment is realized through teaching effectiveness and multi-dimensional comprehensive performance assessment, the analysis results show that “online + offline” teaching mode and “case teaching + project-driven” multiple integrated teaching method can enhance the internal drive of students’ autonomous learning and improve their academic performance, which is very helpful to train students’ innovative thinking ability and the ability to solve complex engineering problems.
