古塔砌筑灰浆力学性能及其影响因素分析

摘要: 砌筑灰浆的力学性能是影响砖石古塔结构性能的关键因素之一。为研究影响糯米灰浆力学性能主要因素,改善材料力学性能,以米浆浓度、水灰比、灰土比及纳米改性材料的含量为试验变量,设计灰浆配合比,制作糯米灰浆试块进行轴心抗压试验。观察4类灰浆试块的破坏现象,得到应力-应变曲线,对比各类灰浆试块的抗压强度、弹性模量,分析影响糯米灰浆强度的主要因素。结果表明,米浆浓度、水灰比是影响灰浆力学性能的主要因素,其中米浆浓度为5%、水灰比为0.8时,糯米灰浆试块力学性能最优;米浆浓度7%、水灰比0.7、灰土比3∶7时,糯米灰土试块力学性能最好;明矾、二氧化钛对糯米灰浆的抗压强度和收缩性均有较大改善,1.0%明矾的加入使抗压强度提高了1.26倍,掺加2.0%的明矾使其弹性模量提高3.60倍。研究结果可为砖石古塔损伤修复提供依据。Abstract: The mechanical properties of masonry mortar is one of the key factors affecting the structural performance of ancient masonry towers.In order to study the main factors affecting the mechanical properties of sticky rice-lime mortar and improve the mechanical properties of materials,the sticky rice concentration,water-lime ratio,lime-loess ratio and the content of admixtures were used as experimental variables to design the mortar mix ratio and make sticky rice-lime mortar test blocks for axis Compression test.The failure phenomena of 4 types of mortar test blocks was observed,and the stress-strain curves was obtained,the compressive strength and elastic modulus of various mortar test blocks was compared,and the main factors affecting the strength of glutinous rice mortar was analyzed.The results are as follows.The rice slurry concentration and water-lime ratio are the main factors that affect the mechanical properties of the mortar.When the rice slurry concentration is 5% and the water-cement ratio is 0.8,the mechanical properties of the glutinous rice mortar block are the best.When the sticky rice solution concentration is 7%,water-lime ratio is 0.7 and the lime-loess ratio is 3∶ 7,the mechanical properties of the sticky rice-lime mortar block’s mechanical properties are the best.alum and titanium dioxide greatly improve the compressive strength and shrinkage of the sticky rice-lime mortar,and the addition of 1.0% alum increases the compressive strength 1.26 times,adding 2.0% alum can increase its elastic modulus by 3.60 times.
