Abstract: With the deep development of water-saving province construction in Ningxia and the wide application of water-saving technology,some indexes in the original assessment standard are obviously low,which are not in accordance with the reality of the present stage. Therefore,the strictest water resources management system should be combined,taking into account the economic and social level,future development,new equipment and new technology application,and so on,the revision of the assessment standards was carried out,and the revised standards will be raised to local standards. The evaluation standard of water-saving residential quarters is established on the basis of absorbing the latest domestic research results and combining with the actual situation of Ningxia,the total score is 110,among which the basic requirement is one-vote veto,the total score ≥90 points can be rated as water-saving residential quarters. The establishment of evaluation standards will play an important role in establishing scientific and perfect water use efficiency control,implementing the strictest water resources management system,strengthening scientific and fine water use management,and long-term and stable implementation of water-saving society construction.
