“Four Trues and Three Transformations” Soil Mechanics Curriculum Development and Education Collaborative Construction

  • In order to improve the teaching quality of “soil mechanics” course, this paper attempts to construct a mind map by using the positioning of the “Four Truths and Three Transformations” course, and develops the first-level matrix of civil engineering, the second-level matrix of course courses, and the three-level matrix of course points, which are decomposed from attitude points, knowledge points and skill points respectively, and determine the teaching methods, learning methods, learning output and measurement standards. Integrate the ideological and political elements of the course into the classroom teaching, reorganize the content of the teaching materials, improve the teaching design, introduce engineering cases, improve students’ understanding of knowledge and skills, achieve the goal of “one degree for both genders”, and create a first-class gold course in soil mechanics.
