Abstract
At present, the cast-in-place frame prestressed anchor cable support structure is mostly used in the slope support project, but this structure still has some shortcomings such as long construction period and inconvenient mechanical construction when facing the rapid emergency landslide reinforcement and slope support project. In this regard, a new type of equal section prefabricated frame prestressed anchor cable support structure was proposed. Through numerical simulation, on-site monitoring tests, theoretical research and other means, the bearing characteristics and key construction technologies of the structure are analyzed in detail. The results are as follows. The new prefabricated frame structure is mainly composed of prefabricated beams with uniform section and steel joints. The structure has the advantages of good bearing capacity, small deformation, good durability, and has significant reinforcement effect on side(sliding) slopes. Although the fabricated frame structure and the cast-in-place frame structure are mainly subjected to vertical force, compared with the cast-in-place structure, they have the advantages of convenient construction and short construction period in the face of rapid emergency landslide reinforcement and slope support projects. The cross type and T-type prefabricated steel joints are mainly stressed by the vertical anchor cable position and connection point, and the prefabricated beam is also stressed vertically. At the same time, the deformation at the connection of the fabricated frame is large and weak. The construction process and key technology of the fabricated frame structure are given, which is convenient for construction and short in construction period. The above research provides a scientific basis for the application and construction of prefabricated frame prestressed anchor cable support structure.
