综纤维素纳米纤维的制备及应用研究进展

Research Progress on Preparation and Application of Holocellulose Nanofibers

  • 摘要: 综纤维素纳米纤维(HCNFs)以其典型的“核-壳”结构和优异性能,在纳米材料领域备受关注。本文总结了HCNFs的制备方法及其在功能材料领域的应用进展。制备HCNFs的方法多样,目前主要有物理法(如研磨、高压均质、超声波处理)和化学法(如酸水解、 2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧自由基氧化、低共熔溶剂处理)。HCNFs具有原料来源广、易于化学改性和生物相容性好等特点,在成膜性、热稳定性、可再生性以及机械性能等方面表现出显著的优势,能够被制备成具有不同维度和应用方向的材料,如复合薄膜、功能纳米纸、气凝胶、吸附剂、乳液稳定剂等,在生物医学、电化学、传感和吸附材料等领域表现出巨大的应用潜力。重点介绍了基于HCNFs制备的具有较高的透明度、灵敏度,良好的柔韧性和机械性能的复合膜(纳米纸)以及具有低密度、高孔隙率等特点的HCNFs基气凝胶。

     

    Abstract: Holocellulose nanofibers(HCNFs) had attracted much attention in the field of nanomaterials due to their typical "core-shell" structure and excellent properties. This review summarized the preparation methods of HCNFs and their application progress in the field of functional materials. There were various methods to prepare HCNFs, mainly including physical methods(such as grinding, high pressure homogenization, ultrasonic treatment) and chemical methods(such as acid hydrolysis, 2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethylpiperidine-1-oxygen radical oxidation and deep eutectic solvent treatment) at present. HCNFs had the characteristics of wide source of raw materials, easy chemical modification and good biocompatibility, which showed significant advantages in film forming, thermal stability, renewability and mechanical properties, and could be prepared into materials with different dimensions and application directions, such as composite films, functional nanopapers, aerogels, adsorbents, emulsion stabilizers, etc. Based on the above reasons, it showed great application potential in the fields of biomedicine, electrochemistry, sensing and adsorption materials. The composite films(nanopapers) based on HCNFs with high transparency, sensitivity, good flexibility and mechanical properties, and HCNFs-based aerogels with low density and high porosity were mainly introduced.
