秸秆燃料平模成型机平模模孔仿真研究

摘要: 秸秆燃料平模成型机结构简单、成本较低、易于维修维护,对秸秆的粉碎度要求低,对含水率的适应性较广,适于我国农村小规模使用。平模是其核心部件,密布着众多模孔,模孔在工作过程中容易损耗和变形。采用Pro/Mechanica对模孔的变形及应力进行仿真,探索模孔内壁位移变形、应力的变化规律,确定平模的主要参数:平模外径D=500 mm,平模内径D1=140 mm,攫取层厚度h=9 mm,为模孔优化设计提供理论依据。Abstract: Straw fuel diskmatrixpress features simple structure and low cost. It is easy to be repaired and maintained. Low degree of crushing straw is needed for the press. The adaptability on moisture content is better for the press, too. It is suitable for small-scale use in rural. The core part is the flat die which has die holes cloud unit. However it is easy to be worn and teared. In this paper, the deformation and stress of die hole were simulated using Pro/Mechanica. The change rule of wall displacement deformation and stress of die hole was found. This provides a theoretical basis for optimization design of die holes.
